Bags = paved square feet × (1 + allowance ÷ 100) ÷ the manufacturer’s stated square-foot coverage, rounded up.
A paver project includes distinct base, bedding, surface, edge, and joint materials. Installed compacted depth and loose delivered volume are different values.

- Use a base specification suited to traffic, soil, and climate.
- Ask for product coverage and the loose-to-compacted factor.
- Measure exposed edges and account for pattern cuts.
